Le Pan II: Hot Android Tablet

Compared to the first Le Pan tablet, the Le Pan 2 is a better steal for buyers. The Le Pan 2 comes fully loaded with the Android OS 3.2 system, and a 9.7 "display screen that brings out the tablet's HD quality.

With its Qualcomm APQ8060 1.2 GHz dual core processor, and 1GB DDR2 RAM, this tablet performs multiple tasks at once. Watching your favorite HD movie, downloading your favorite videos and music, and web browsing at a great speed has never been so easy.

It comes with a flash storage (built in memory) of 8GB that can easily be expanded to 32GB with the micro SD slot. The Android-feel comes alive with its smooth video playback. Its many menus and widgets also assist users in easy navigation through all its applications.

These 8 GB's of storage makes games, apps, movies, music, pictures, and video chat with friends and family as easy as it comes. Also, you never have to worry about your tablet running out of room for important emails, websites, and texts.

The display panel of the Le Pan 2 is multi-touch, with a screen resolution of 1024×768 pixels with a XVGA display. It has a LCD backlit ISP. The response to touch is good, and the feel is solid. Video playback is supported in formats like MPEG4, 3GPP, H.263, and H.264. For audio, its supported formats are: WMA, AMR, AAC, AAC +, MP3, WAV, and MIDI.

Its 2 megapixel camera faces front of the tablet and comes with two stereo speakers and virtual keyboards. The microphone is built into the tablet, and connects to a 3.5mm jack, with a headset.

USB ports on the Le Pan 2 are available for connecting your tablet to PC. The HDMI port helps you view videos and movies on a larger screen, like your home HD TV. The RJ45 Ethernet type can establish a wired internet connection other than Wi-Fi. Other connectivity specs of the tablet include: 2.1 Bluetooth versions, a lithium battery with 7 hour life, a built-in GPS sensor, light sensor, G sensor, and E-Compass.

This pad is a great alternative to others, especially those that are more expensive. Markets like the Android's are similar to that of Apple. It allows users to download songs cheaper, and sometimes even free. Thousands of apps exist on the Android market to make personalizing your tablet fun and convenient.
